Purple Lime Soapery

At Purple Lime Soapery, we take pride in the production of hand-crafted soaps, bath and body products manufactured from the finest quality ingredients. All our products are produced using pure plants based oils and highest quality essential oils. No animal products or derivatives thereof are utilised.

Our products are not tested on animals and ingredients are not produced at the expense of animal habitat or life, to the best of our knowledge .Certain varieties of soaps are made using clays, micas or oxides to add colour or other benefits.

The inert oxides and mica colours we use are synthetically derived to avoid toxic heavy metal contamination as well as to avoid the exploitation of child labour. Lye (sodium hydroxide) is used in all natural soap production in order to saponify the base oils, but is completely neutralised by the this process, and is therefore completely absent in the finished product.
